Welcome to our new clinic: Serving the needs of the community through a patient centered care approach.

Clinic hours:  Monday through Friday 9AM - 5PM.  Evening and Weekend appointments are available by appointment only.  Future plans include extending hours: 8AM to 6:30PM!

Walk-in and same day appointments encouraged.  If special arrangements are needed please contact one of our staff members.

We offer same day appointments as well as make every effort possible to accommodate the provider of your choice.
